Clever Cubed

Clever Cubed is a roll-and-write game designed by Wolfgang Warsch and published by Schmidt Spiele. It is the third installment in the Clever series, which includes the popular games Ganz Schön Clever (That’s Pretty Clever) and Doppelt So Clever (Twice as Clever). In Clever Cubed, players roll dice and choose how to use them to score points on their personal score sheet.

Objective:
The objective of Clever Cubed is to score as many points as possible by filling in the various spaces on the score sheet. Points are earned by completing certain sections, filling in specific patterns, or achieving certain combinations of dice rolls.

Gameplay:
In Clever Cubed, players roll six colored dice and choose which ones to use to fill in spaces on their personal score sheet. The remaining dice are passed to the next player, who then chooses which dice to use and continues the process. The game ends after nine rounds, and players then calculate their final score.

The score sheet in Clever Cubed is divided into several different sections, each with its own unique scoring opportunities. For example, the “Cross” section rewards players for filling in a cross-shaped pattern, while the “Feathers” section rewards players for completing a set of feathers using specific colors.

One new feature in Clever Cubed is the “Wild” die, which can be used as any color when filling in spaces on the score sheet. Additionally, players can earn bonus points by completing certain combinations or filling in entire sections of the score sheet.
